I live in the United States and am trying to learn German. I think it would be great to email with German speakers so I can get practice with reading as writing as it is slow going without having a German speaker to communicate with! I am a single woman with a large 'furfamily' consisting of 7 dogs - 6 stay outdoors! And 11 cats. The 3.5 lb. Chi and the cats share the house with me. Actually the cats have taken over the house but that is my fault. I hate summer because I don't like temperatures over about 70 degrees and I live in the high desert where the temp gets to 107+ sometimes. I am very unmarried and plan on staying that way but I would like to 'write' to someone on paper and mail it from the post office - the old fashioned way. I am looking for a postal/paper letter pen pal of either sex and any age as long as we can communicate easily. I like to deal with my animals, read, and write letters - and 'dream' of living somewhere cooler. (Sep 24, 2010)
